  disability_discrimination_act.jpgDisability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA)

The DDA aims to reduce discrimination against disabled people, including blind and partially sighted people, of which there are around one and a half million in the UK.

Companies and organisations have a duty to make 'reasonable adjustments' to enable people with a visual impairment to access their goods and services. Only a minority can read Braille, therefore converting print to a sound recording is the most popular way to produce an alternative format.

We are a recognised provider of accessible media. We offer help and advice and have the facilities to produce all your accessible media to comply with the DDA legal requirements and regulations.
